Contacting the practice
When you call or email us, we use your details only to reply and arrange your appointment. Please don't send medical information or test results by email. For anything about your child's health, please call the practice.
The practice's email runs on Gmail (Google), so your messages are stored in the practice's Gmail account. Phone calls are not recorded.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you select "Accept" in the cookie message do we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate statistics: how many people visit, from which type of device, and whether they tap buttons such as "Call" or "Directions". We don't collect names, phone numbers, messages or health information. We don't use advertising or Google Signals.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Google may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by law.
If you select "Reject" or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 180 days. Data in Google Analytics is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.
Map (Google Maps)
The map on this site loads from Google Maps only if you select "Show map". Google then receives technical details of your connection (such as your IP address). The "Directions" link opens Google's own page, which has its own privacy policy.

The fonts on this site are hosted on our own server and are not loaded from third parties.
Hosting
This website is hosted by IP.gr, a provider in Greece. IP.gr may keep technical logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security and operational purposes. No content delivery network (CDN) is used.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. For any request, email fchantzi@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
